Yoga for Women


Many experts have recommended yoga for women to help them successfully cater to the multiple demands on their time. Women have always had it tough if they dare to dream big. Women must, not only, take care of their domestic duties with efficiency and grace, but also work outside the four walls justifying their education and intellectual capabilities, at par with men.


Yoga does more for women than just make their bodies supple. It lends balance to the mind and nourishment to the soul. That is why women should not consider yoga as another chore on their overloaded schedule but as a necessary activity that will help them handle their other obligations optimally. Eligibility Prerequisites

To be eligible for admission to the course, the student should have completed 8 standard or equivalent with basic knowledge in English language


Residential Course shall be of One month duration

Attendance Requierment

Each month is considered as a unit and the candidate has to put in a minimum attendance of 90% in each subject.
– The student shall be informed about their attendance position periodically so that the students shall be cautioned to make up the shortage.

-Writing material consists of a note book, foolscap papers ruled and each one dozen and a pen.
-Yoga Uniform, Yoga mat and studies materials as prescribed.
